We carry almost any size you could need...
Men's: 4.5 to 20 in widths of 2A to 6E
Women's: 4 to 11-12-13 in widths of 4A to 2E
Children's: 0 to Kids' 7
Can I have shoes shipped to me?
Yes, we take orders for shoes and accessories. Call us at 888-866-5935.
Do you special order?
We special order at no additional charge to our customers. Special orders generally arrive within 5 to 10 business days, unless the items are on back order.
How long until I get my shoes if I order by phone?
Sear's Shoe Store responds immediately to all phone orders. If we have the merchandise, your order will be shipped out the next business day. You should receive it in 5 to 10 business days. If Sear's Shoe Store does not have the exact shoe you are looking for, we will contact the factory. If they have the shoe, they will drop ship your order directly to you. This usually takes 5 to 10 business days. If Sear's Shoe Store does not have the shoe, and the factory does not have the shoe but they can make it, we will notify you with the expected delivery date for your approval. This is called a back order, and the delivery may take a while. We will let you know the status ASAP!
Was my order processed?
All orders will receive a general e-mail or phone confirmation within 24 hours. Availability and Ship Date will be confirmed on the next business day.

Can I get a catalog?
With over 250 brand names and countless styles and colors of shoes, Sear's Shoe Store's selection is so vast that there is not a catalog big enough to show them all. We invite you to shop on-line, or to call us at 1-706-866-5935 to discuss your footwear needs with us personally. Chances are we can help you find just the right size, style and color you are looking for at Sear's Shoe Store.
We encourage you to come into our store and try shoes on, but if you would like to order shoes, we do take phone orders and ship to you.
To order by phone, call 706-866-5935 during our regular business hours. We'll be happy to take your order and get your new shoes shipped out to you immediately.
Store Hours: Monday-Saturday: 10 AM - 7 PM (EST). Sunday: 1 PM - 6 PM (EST). Closed New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Mail Order Policies
When you call, have your credit card number ready. Your information will be taken by phone and handled with the full security that in-store sales are handled.
We ship within the Continental United States only.
We ship by Fed-Ex. We cannot ship to post office boxes.
Shipping & Handling: There is a small shipping and handling fee for phone orders. We can let you know what that fee is, based on the item/s you order, when you call.
Returns: All returns must be approved. Please contact us for a Return Approval Request by calling 706-866-5935 or e-mailing us at email@example.com. Sear's Shoe Store will accept returns of unworn, re-saleable, regular price merchandise for exchange or refund, at our option, when returned to us within 30 days of original shipping date to you. Merchandise must be in its original packaging materials and marked "RETURNS" on the outside of the package.
