Sear's Shoe Store is pleased and proud to offer the finest quality brand name comfort footwear. Our policies are designed to be fair to our customers, to meet their needs, and to assure their comfort.
Our staff will acknowledge your order via e-mail upon receipt. We will make every effort to ship your order within two to three business days from our stock. While we stock a significant inventory to support both our retail store and our Internet customers, occasionally stock conditions require us to Special Order a size or color to fulfill your order. We therefore request that you allow approximately two weeks for delivery of your orders. In most cases, this will not be necessary, but we do appreciate your patience.

Sear's Shoe Store ships via FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, UPS, and USPS. All shipped orders are ground insured to anywhere in the US. (Orders sent to addresses containing P.O. Box numbers will be sent via USPS.) Our shipping charges are as follows:
- FREE SHIPPING via FedEx Ground within the Continental US on all orders over $100. (Otherwise $7.75)
- For the first pair in any shipment, the charge is $7.75.
- Additional pairs in the same shipment are $3.00 each.
- For calculating shipping costs on hosiery, socks and shoe care products, any combination of up to six (6) items will equal one (1) pair of footwear, except for shoe trees, which are equivalent to one (1) pair of footwear.

- U.P.S. Next Day Air - $25.00 - Guaranteed Overnight by 3:00 P.M.
- U.P.S. 2nd Day Air - $15.00 - Guaranteed Two-Day
- U.P.S. 3 Day Select - $12.00 - Guaranteed Three-Day
- FedEx Next Day - $25.00
- FedEx 2 Day - $15.00

Please note: All returns must be approved.
Sear's Shoe Store will accept returns of unworn, re-saleable, regular price merchandise for exchange or refund, when received by us within thirty (30) days of original shipping date to you.
Please contact us for a return approval request by e-mailing returns@searsshoestore.com, or by telephone to 1-888.866.5935. Merchandise returns without approval will be refused. Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at our option. Make sure RETURNS is marked on each package.

Freight must be prepaid, and the merchandise in the original packaging materials. No freight charges are refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part.
