We encourage you to come into our store and try shoes on, but if you would like to order shoes, we do take phone orders and ship to you.
To order by phone, call 888-866-5935 during our regular business hours and ask for Sales Associate Travis. Travis will be happy to take your order and get your new shoes shipped out to you immediately.
Store Hours: Monday-Saturday: 10 AM - 8 PM (EST). Sunday: 1 PM - 6 PM (EST). Closed New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Mail Order Policies
When you call, have your credit card number ready. Your information will be taken by phone and handled with the full security that in-store sales are handled.
We ship within the Continental United States only.
We ship by Fed-Ex. We cannot ship to post office boxes.
Shipping & Handling: $7.50 US for one pair of shoes, $3.00 for each additional pair in the same shipment. Shipping on hosiery, socks and shoe care products: Any combination of up to six items will equal one pair of shoes. Shoe trees will equal one pair of shoes.
Free FedEx Ground shipping on orders of $100 or more.
Returns: All returns must be approved. Please contact us for a Return Approval Request by calling 888-866-5935 or e-mailing us at searshoestore@aol.com. Sears Shoe Store will accept returns of unworn, re-saleable, regular price merchandise for exchange or refund, at our option, when returned to us within 30 days of original shipping date to you. Merchandise must be in its original packaging materials and marked "RETURNS" on the outside of the package.
